Características:
Comfeel Plus Transparent es un apósito de hidrocoloide transparente que absorbe el exudado y crea un gel suave que mantiene el medio ambiente húmedo en la lesión. Es un apósito semipermeable y auto-adhesivo.
Usos:
Sanitario.
Indicaciones:
Tras la limpieza de la lesión, utilice las lengüetas para asegurar una aplicación aséptica.
Retire el film protector central. Aplique la zona adhesiva sobre la zona a tratar. Después retire primero una lengüeta lateral y luego la otra.
Comfeel Plus Transparent está indicado en lesiones sin exudado o con un nivel de exudado bajo. Resulta especialmente útil en las siguientes lesiones:
Cicatrización final de heridas superficiales (heridas quirúrgicas. quemaduras de 2º grado, zonas donantes, dermo-abrasiones).
Úlceras vasculares y úlceras por presión en los últimos estadíos de cicatrización.
Para protección y prevención de lesiones por fricción.
Para protección de las lesiones en su evolución final.
En procesos de cicatrización que precisen un contacto visual.
Para fijación de catéteres.
Además de lo anterior, Comfeel Plus Transparent puede utilizarse como apósito secundario por encima de, por ejemplo, un apósito de alginato.
