De acuerdo con la legislación vigente, Botiquin Sans aceptará la devolución de productos, por cualquier causa o razón amparada en la ley vigente, en un plazo máximo de 14 días naturales desde la recepción de la mercancía por parte del cliente. Vencidos estos 14 días no será posible aceptar la devolución.
Para ello se deben cumplir las condiciones mínimas exigibles legalmente y expuestas en esta web y que se detallan a continuación;
Tal y como establece la LEY 47/2002, de 19 de diciembre, de reforma de la Ley 7/1996, de 15 de enero, de Ordenación del Comercio Minorista, NO SE ACEPTARÁN en ningún caso devoluciones de los siguientes tipos de productos:
- Contratos de suministro de bienes cuyo precio esté sujeto a fluctuaciones de coeficientes del mercado financiero que el vendedor no pueda controlar.
- Contratos de suministro de bienes confeccionados conforme a las especificaciones del consumidor o claramente personalizados, o que, por su naturaleza, no puedan ser devueltos o puedan deteriorarse o caducar con rapidez.
- Contratos de suministro de grabaciones sonoras o de vídeo, de discos y de programas informáticos que hubiesen sido desprecintados por el consumidor, así como de ficheros informáticos, suministrados por vía electrónica, susceptibles de ser descargados o reproducidos con carácter inmediato para su uso permanente.
- Contratos de suministro de prensa diaria, publicaciones periódicas y revistas.
CONDICIONES GENERALES DE DEVOLUCIÓN: - El plazo de devoluciones establecido por Botiquin Sans es de 14 días naturales desde el momento de la recepción del pedido por parte del cliente. Transcurrido este plazo no será posible aceptar la devolución.
- El cliente tendrá la opción de poder devolver todo el pedido o parte de este, siempre y cuando se cumplan las condiciones de devolución establecidas por Botiquin Sans.
- El cliente podrá iniciar la solicitud de devolución enviando un correo electrónico a devoluciones@botiquinsans.com para poder gestionar con nosotros el trámite.
- Los gastos de envío en caso de devolución voluntaria correrán a cargo del cliente. En los casos en que la devolución sea originada por alguna incidencia ajena al comprador, los gastos de envío serán asumidos por la empresa.
- El producto deberá ser devuelto en su embalaje original con todos los accesorios que contenga en perfecto estado y protegido, evitando pegatinas, precintos o cintas adhesivas adosadas directamente sobre la superficie o embalaje primitivo del artículo, en su embalaje original, sin abrir. En caso contrario la empresa se reserva el derecho de rechazar la devolución.
- Nuestro departamento de calidad comprobará a la recepción del producto, su estado. En el caso de que se detecte que el producto ha sido abierto o manipulado, será motivo suficiente para denegar la devolución al cliente.
En este caso el cliente tendrá la opción de recoger el producto en nuestras instalaciones en un plazo de 10 días naturales. Siempre que el producto recibido no sea apto para la devolución, porque no se recibe en buenas condiciones o es un producto no sujeto a devolución. El cliente dispondrá de un plazo de 10 días naturales para recoger dicho producto en nuestras instalaciones, pasados estos 10 días la empresa tendrá derecho a destruirlo. - Una vez recibido el producto para realizar la devolución, y realizadas las comprobaciones pertinentes por parte de nuestro control de calidad, que determinaran si la devolución es apta, se procederá al abono de esta, utilizando para ello la misma vía de pago por la que se recibió el ingreso, en un plazo no superior a 30 días.
- En función de la normativa vigente (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007, Texto Refundido de la Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios) no se aceptan devoluciones de productos de alimentación como leches infantiles, papillas, complementos alimenticios, etc.., puesto que no es posible asegurar el control de calidad de dichos artículos.
Además, debido a cuestiones de higiene, no se aceptan devoluciones de fajas, bragas, sujetadores, pañales, gafas, muñequeras, rodilleras, juguetes sexuales, ni ningún otro accesorio íntimo o cualquier otro artículo de similares características. Tampoco se aceptarán devoluciones de mascarillas, entre otros.
